Based in South Florida, Trinity Air Ambulance International can dispatch a medical evacuation team directly to Bern Airport (LSMB/BRN) near Bern, Switzerland. It is approximately a 12-14 hour flight from our fixed base of operation, Sano Jet Center, at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE/FXE).
